Delivery
For orders containing only items listed as ‘In Stock’, we aim to dispatch orders by the end of the next working day at the latest. If your order contains items that are temporarily out of stock, we will back order them for you, and will usually be able to dispatch your complete order within five working days. If it will take us longer than five working days to dispatch your order, we will contact you to give you an expected timescale or the option to cancel your order or the part of the order that cannot be fulfilled at present if you would rather not wait.
Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we guarantee to exchange any goods or refund the cost of the item, provided you contact us within seven days of receiving your order.
Before returning unsatisfactory goods please contact us for a returns number.
PLEASE NOTE: Meeples & Mulligans is not responsible for costs incurred in supplying or returning correctly supplied and undamaged goods, and we reserve the right to charge a handling fee of up to 25% of the value of the goods. We recommend that returned items are sent by Recorded Delivery (or an alternative trackable delivery option), as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. In the case of wrongly supplied or damaged goods we will refund your postage costs.
Meeples & Mulligans reserves the right to alter or amend the specifications and/or prices of the products offered for sale, or withdraw them completely without prior notice.
